This meme just goes to show that you actually get more alert after you quit caffeine. (I've been caffeine free for a month now on doctor's orders.)
Of course, it took three weeks for me to stop jonesing. Except in that way that I'm totally lying and if you told me I could have a huge Caf-Pow with no repercussions, I'd tackle hug you while knocking the whole thing back in a caffeine addicts mad dash for the rush.
*deep breath* But really, I'm much happier caffeine free. Really. *plots her doctor's death*

You've eaten way more natural, healthy stuff than I have, and this is just another step in that process. *hugs* Have you done the calculation of how much money you're saving by not getting stuff w/caffeine? I have a rough idea of how much you consume *g*, and I bet it's significant. Use that money to get some new clothes, or new tech for Rodney or Radek, or a book or DVD you want. Or some artwork for the house.
I had quit soda for over a year, was fine without it, then one day I Had To Have Some. I'm trying to cut back again, down to one can a day, and the occasional 1/2 cup coffee in the morning. It doesn't do anything for me, not really, so it's an unnecessary cost and a burden on my body. Plus, the money I had been spending really shocked me, and I'm glad I've cut back again, on my way to quitting.
Scarily enough, this made me stop and think about not getting the Sonic java latte I was going to have for lunch. It would be bad. *nods*
*sends massive surge of support and strength your way*
