So, we've been trying to get tickets to the division playoffs for the Cubs, right? And they have this virtual waiting room set up, so that you can get randomly chosen to be able to purchase the tickets.

Except that there's a note now that says "Tickets are no longer available at this time for both Games 1 and 2." Let's ignore the dubious grammatical merit of that sentence and focus on the fact that we are essentially stuck in a waiting room for tickets we cannot buy.

And yet, the website keeps refreshing us automatically.

*snerk* Sports are so silly!

And yet, I've been checking obsessively to see whether I will be allowed to see my Avalanche or Broncos any time soon. *sigh* It is hard to be a Denver fan in Chicago!

So, I'm assuming the Cubs made it to the playoffs? Yes, I are dumb about baseball, but I knows my hockey. Despite all the changes, the Blues STILL suck! Hopefully we'll get our suckiness out in pre-season and be ready to actually do something serious this year. (and we're still better than the Blackhawks!)
