Comfort and Joy and Zombies—REPOST

deannieI contemplated making an open request for fic prompts for December, but we'll have company and stuff and I'm currently obsessed by zombies...
So how about this? I promise to write ficlets (minimum 500 words) for the first five prompts posted in the comments. I may fill more if I have time, so feel free to comment even if you're sixth or seventh or whatever (seriously, I don't have very many friends—it's not like the odds of winning the lottery). The only trick is that it'll be a zombie-themed fic.I PLAN to write one ficlet a day until Christmas, which would mean everyone who replied would probably get a ficlet, but we'll see how that goes.
Prompts don't need to be Christmas-related, but that'd be fun, wouldn't it? :)

- MCU (Movies or Agent Carter only—I am so far behind on the various other shows)

- You can suggest a different fandom I've written in before, but I reserve the right to refuse.

Dean made a face and set his beer down with unnecessary force. "Son of a - not witches!"
-All the boys want for Christmas is not see their dead friends and family, but their life sucks and this particular creature sucks more.
-Dean gets a virus that means he cannot fall asleep or he dies. No matter how tired, nonfunctional, etc, he may be... (Bonus points if getting him cured involves Bela in literally any fashion. Double bonus points if this all happens on Christmas Eve because why not.)
-John's back... or is he? This was not how Christmas morning was supposed to go.
-something fluffy where the boys are beaten and battered and kinda patched up (or patching each other up), and maybe not really talking, but then it's Christmas and they have some sort of tiny little feels-filled Christmas. (I don't know how zombies are involved - maybe music by The Zombies or Rob Zombie is on the radio or something. XD) Just broship and feels. :D
-there was an episode of Grimm (and there's a new horror movie, looks like) about an evil Santa-like thing called Krampus. Suppose the boys either run into or have to deal with Krampus.
If not, how about MCU/AC:
-Okay on wikipedia, there's this: "Zombie (computer science), a computer compromised by a hacker and used to perform malicious tasks", which is just ASKING for something Tony + JARVIS + whoever.
-Peggy attends a magic show. ("Zombie ball, an illusion in which a silvery ball appears to lift into the air and move about under a cloth." Maybe there's real magic involved and it's bad, or there isn't but she thinks there is, and that's bad. XD)
-Darcy wants to do the Zombie Walk event. Jane does not.
-monster hunter AU, anyone. (bonus if it's Peggy.)
-An evening out shopping for presents was not supposed to go this way, but when did anything go right these days for Steve Rogers?
-Based on the definition of zombie in your Tony + Rhodey one, how about something where somebody gets mind/body controlled? (ie. Thor, because how scary would mindless, rampaging Thor be?)
Losers:
-and going with that, how about the one where Clay gets drugged/brainwashed/mind-controlled.
-basically anything Clay-centric because I am glutton for JDM.
-Hot chocolate + "you call that an army" + an unusual present under the tree.
Okay I'll stop being a prompt hog now. All are mere ideas and sparks, so do with them what you will (or not) and I look forward to the rest of your zombie fics, whatever they may be. ;D
